Status CompletedRan September–November 2025Posted August 2026Results available No

NCT07752381 is a completed study in which all 40 participants received a commercial gummy supplement containing a small amount of BPC-157. It had no comparison group and no blinding, and no results have been posted, so it does not add to the evidence on BPC-157.

Why is this record on our database?

Our review covers every interventional BPC-157 study on ClinicalTrials.gov, and this is one of them. We include it for completeness, not because it contributes evidence: a study without a comparison group or posted results cannot tell us anything about what BPC-157 does.

What was the study?

A supplement company registered a study in which 40 participants all took its gummy product, which contains 500 µg of BPC-157 per serving alongside other ingredients, and were assessed for markers of inflammation, physical performance and recovery after exercise. Everyone received the product; no one received a placebo or nothing, and both participants and researchers knew what was being taken. It is worth noting that swallowed BPC-157 faces the digestive system, and whether any meaningful amount survives to act in the body is itself an open research question. Our oral BPC-157 guide covers this.

Are results available?

No. The study is recorded as completed in November 2025, and the registration was posted in August 2026, after the study had already finished. No results have been posted.

What can be concluded?

Nothing about BPC-157. Without a comparison group, any changes in the participants could reflect training, time or expectation rather than the product. Without posted results, there are not even findings to assess.

What this study does not prove

  • It does not prove the supplement, or BPC-157, does anything.
  • It does not establish safety.
  • Completion is not results: no findings have been made public.
